Jennie Marshall Stokes Howe of Gloucester Point, died on Sept. 1, 2023.

A visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, in the fellowship Hall of Abingdon Episcopal Church, White Marsh.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Blackstone Presbyterian Church, 301 Church Street, Blackstone, Va. 23824, or to a favorite charity.
