Jason Powell of Cobbs Creek, received two citations in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament, as reported in vasaltwaterfishing.com on Nov. 27.
Both citations were for speckled trout caught in Piankatank River, the first on Nov. 10 one weighing 8 pounds, and the second on Nov. 20 weighing 5 pounds, 8 ounces.
In addition, Brantly Powell of Cobbs Creek, received a citation for a speckled trout caught in the Piankatank on Nov. 10 weighing 5 pounds 7 ounces.
Another newly reported citation went to Allan Carr of Hayes, for a white marlin caught and released offshore on Oct. 5. He was fishing in Norfolk Canyon.
