Janet Walton Horsley, 66, of Hayes, died at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital on Saturday, February 15, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Joseph Horsley, and father, Lawrence “Buck” Walton. She is survived by her daughter, Angela N. Horsley (Brian); son, William A. Horsley (Chrystal); four grandchildren; mother, Emma T. Walton, and sister, Carla Perry. A Celebration of Life service, conducted by Pastor Michael Condrey, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Groves Memorial Presbyterian Church, 9117 Glass Road, Hayes, Va. 23072. The inurnment will be private. Family and friends will meet at the church.
