James Bernard Hall Sr., 72, of Gloucester, died at his residence Feb. 2, 2015 with his loving family by his side.
The love of his life was his family and being a waterman for many years. He was born Jan. 18, 1943 to the late Rufus Wyatt and Mary Oneda Hall. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Everett Hall and John Hall, and sister, Bernice Haywood.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn; daughter, Terri Clark and husband Robert; son, James Hall Jr.; sisters, Ellen Ruth Higgins and Elva Lorraine Malkemus and husband Donald; three grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service conducted by the Rev. James Larsen was held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, 2015, at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Interment followed in Gloucester Point Cemetery. The family received friends Thursday, Feb. 5, 2015, from 7-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
