Jack Charlie Haynie, 74, of Gloucester, died Thursday, June 7, 2012.

He was a native of Asheville, N.C., and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He moved to Gloucester 52 years ago and was a member of Botetourt Masonic Lodge No. 7 AF&AM.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Evelyn Haynie; daughters, Jaclyn Haynie Bardle and Jennifer Stephens, all of Gloucester; a son, Cliff Wainwright of Stafford; a sister, Lilymae Haynie of Asheville, and a grandson.

The body was cremated and there was a private Masonic service.

Howard Funeral Home, Ark, was in charge.
