The Mathews High School varsity boys’ indoor track team placed fifth overall, while the MHS girls came in 10th place as a team at Monday’s Lampert Timing Indoor Track Meet at the Boo Williams Sportsplex in Hampton.Placing first for the Mathews boys were Gavin Dustin (1,600-meter run, 4:52.20) and Donovan Forrest (55-meter hurdles, 8.25 seconds).
