Singleton United Methodist Church, Schley, held its Fourth of July service on Sunday. The Rev. Calvin Griffin had a message for children and a sermon for the adults. Music was provided by Sarah Williams Andrews. A luncheon followed. Among those taking part in the festivities, in front, was young Emmett Brooks.
