In Loving Memory of GIAN ‘LILLY’ RIDOUT

November 3, 1930 –December 13, 2023

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Gian “Lilly” Ridout of Palm Bay, Florida, in the early hours of Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the age of 93. A woman of incredible strength, passion, and kindness, Lilly’s life was a remarkable journey filled with unique experiences and enduring love.

Lilly is survived by her loving husband, Norman Ridout, and daughters, Renata Mayes, Diana Lassiter and Andria Boullt; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

Born on November 3, 1930 in Milan, Italy, Lilly’s life was a rich tapestry of adventure and faith. She was a passionate painter and gardener, cultivating a diverse and sometimes rare collection of flowers and plants. Her garden was a reflection of her love for the beauty and diversity of nature.

Lilly’s adventurous spirit was evident in her younger years when she roller-skated in a well-known circus in Italy. Her achievements were extraordinary, winning medals for her performances.

Her love for Jehovah God brought Lilly to dedicate her life to sharing her faith as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. She touched many lives through her preaching, witnessing, and the simple acts of kindness that defined her. Lilly leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and an unshakable spirit. She will be profoundly missed but forever remembered by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Lilly’s memory to JW.org reflecting her love for her faith, would be appreciated.
