American Legion Auxiliary Unit 75 recognized the Gloucester 911 dispatchers in honor of National Public Safety Telecommunications week. Last Wednesday, some of the Auxiliarists stopped by the sheriff’s office to deliver a gift basket and the group was invited in to meet the dispatchers on duty. “What an impressive operation and amazing group of ladies we met,” Cheryl Knapke said.
