Holly Nicole Oliver, aged 27, of Gloucester, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital, with her family by her side. She was a commercial bidder for Hudgins Contracting in Hampton and was also a member of Severn Church. Holly was preceded in death by her grandparents, Harry Eagle, Mary Eagle, and Daniel Oliver. She is survived by her father, Timothy Oliver (Sherry); her fiancé, Josh Brown; her siblings, Jessie Brittany, Wesley Hyatt, Christie Snow (Shaun), and Susan Hyatt (Christopher Robb); as well as her grandmother, Dorothy Oliver; aunts, Pam Black (Kevin), Tammy Johnson (Scott), Marie Croxton (and the late Bobby), and Tracy Burke (Jimmy), and step-grandparents, Charles and Jean Crabtree. She is also survived by her nephews, Camden Snow, Tucker Robb, and Liam Robb; niece, Delany Britton, and her fur babies, Bart and Ellie.

The family will receive friends at Severn Church, located at 9066 Robins Neck Road, Gloucester, Va. 23061, on Thursday, March 28, 2024, from 10-11:30 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Life service, conducted by Pastor Bill West, which will begin at noon. The inurnment will be private.
