Virginia Cooperative Extension in Mathews held its seventh annual Holiday Wreath Workshop on Saturday at the Extension office in Mathews. With a little instruction, a dozen participants from Mathews, Gloucester and Yorktown createdtheir own wreaths using wire coat hangers, florist wire, greenery and ribbon for the bow. All the greenery was donated, and there were refreshments too.
