Two golfers scored holes-in-one recently at the Piankatank River Golf Club, Hartfield. Chris Anderson of Urbanna, at left, got his shot on the 119-yard #14 hole with a 9 iron on Sunday, Aug. 25. Witnessing the shot were Bubba Baldwin and Jimmy Mears. The following day, Monday, Aug. 26, Kevin Jenkins of Mathews, at right, made his hole-in-one on the 137-yard #7 hole, also with a 9 iron. That shot was witnessed by Owen Wilson.
