Seven rising juniors from Gloucester High School and one from Middlesex High School will attend a four-day leadership program on July 20-23 sponsored by the Hispanic College Institute at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg. This competitive program selects 150 Latino students yearly from all regions of Virginia, with those selected attending free of charge.
