Herman Stowell King, 85, of Gloucester, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015.

He was a native of West Virginia and a Peninsula resident since 1960. He retired as a News Director for WXGM Radio in 2008 and worked for WGH Radio for 20 years prior to that.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, in Amory Funeral Home Chapel.
