Logan Eltzroth recently celebrated his 11th birthday with the animals awaiting forever homes at the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society. Instead of receiving birthday gifts for himself, he asked his friends and family members to donate food, treats, toys and other needed items to the GMHS.
