Sareeta Spriggs, daughter of Faye (“Bea”) Spriggs and the late Donnie (“Lucky”) Spriggs of Mathews, was honored with the Heart of Service Award by Alpha Eta Theta Christian Sorority, Inc. on Saturday in Landover, Maryland. This award is given to a woman of faith who exemplifies outstanding character, leadership, wisdom, resilience, love for others, and a steadfast commitment to serving the community with excellence.
