Jess and Karen Hazelwood of Gloucester, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lynn Hazelwood, to Jacob Langley Roane, son of Pitt and Cheryl Roane of Wicomico.
Jessica graduated from Gloucester High School in 2011 and Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, in 2016 with a master’s degree in social work. She is employed by At Home Care as a hospice social worker.
Jake Roane graduated from Gloucester High School in 2011 and works for Chugach Alaskan Corporation, Chesapeake, as an engineering technician.
A wedding is planned for January 2021 at the Historic Post Office in Hampton.
