A funeral for Hattie Louise “Hattie J” Berry, 77, of Gloucester, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bethel Baptist Church, Gloucester. She died Sunday, March 2, 2014.

Mrs. Berry was born in Richmond on Feb. 22, 1937. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter F. Berry; mother, Lettie Washington, and her daughter, Margaret A. Morris-Tyson.

Survivors include her son, Jacob F. Berry; a daughter, Lisa D. Berry, and two granddaughters.
