Amanda Harriot Gardner and Devin Matthew Harwell were married at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022, at Central Baptist Church, Johnson City, Tennessee.
The bride is the daughter of Tim and Julia Gardner of Yorktown, and the granddaughter of Jeff and Linda Breaks of Gloucester Point.
The groom is the son of Rob and Wendy Harwell of East-over, South Carolina.
The Rev. Ryan Perry of Seneca Baptist Church of Seneca, South Carolina, conducted the service. Music was provided by organist Julie Cardwell, pianist Anne Elliott, and the Central Baptist Church Bell choir, led by Tony Martin.
The bride was attended by her maid of honor, Mary Ellis Thornton, and bridesmaids Elizabeth Lawhon, Shaylen Gardner and Saralyn DeSantis.
The groom’s best man was Hunter Harwell, and groomsmen were Jaxon Huettmann, Austin Gardner and Shelton Pinson.
The reception was held at Chateau Selah, Blountville, Tennessee.
A wedding trip is planned for May. The couple will make their home in Athens, Georgia.
