Harold E. "Harry," Minnery, 64, of Gloucester, passed away on April 10, 2011.

Harry retired from the Navy in 1984, after which he was a dependable and dedicated employee of Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding. Harry was truly a wonderful, kind, loyal and generous man. He was genuinely one of the best and he will be sadly missed by many people.

He is survived by his wife and friend, Mary Z. Minnery of Gloucester; daughters, Jennifer Lutterloh and husband Robert of Newport News, Terri Jay and husband Greg of Hadley, Mass., Lisa Minnery of Dayton, Ohio; grandsons, Lane Lutterloh, Joey, Dimitri and Stevie Jay; brother, Joe Minnery of Dayton, Ohio; sister, Betty Minnery of Dayton.

Memorial service to say our last goodbyes and for the celebration of Harry’s life and the lives that he touched will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Inurnment will be private.
