American Legion Riders Chapter 75, Gloucester, provided a Happy Birthday Visitation for Ira “Neil” Everett, who turned 90 last month. Also celebrating this special event were his siblings, mostly from out of state. A Navy veteran, Everett served three deployments on the USS Bradford as a 2nd Class Radioman.
