Work was completed recently on a handicap ramp for the Court Green entry to the Mathews County Administration Building on Brickbat Road. Brill Construction built the ramp and a 4’x8’ stand for HVAC equipment at a cost of $24,350, said Mathews Building Official Jon Morr.
