The Baystars U15 Hammerheads youth soccer team defeated the Richmond Kickers on Sunday, Oct. 27, by a 4-1 margin at Woodville Park.
Zane Williams struck early off a timely Landon Legg assist. The Kickers evened the game up a few minutes later. The tie lasted much of the game until Callum Small exploded from the back line controlling the ball all the way to the penalty box where he expertly pounded it into the back of the goal. Energized, the team went on to score two more goals both the result of penalties. Milo Dispenis sent in two amazingly accurate direct kicks leading to goals by Conner Duval and Jackson Mandell.
The goalie for most of the game was Owen Steele with assistance from Jackson Mandell.

The Baystars U19 Rockfish defeated the Fury FC Premier Red, 1-0, this past Sunday at Woodville Park. Players for the Rockfish and Fury held their own with a score of 0-0 ending the first half.
