Gloucester resident Tim Todd, center, recently won a Dagger 9mm pistol in a nationwide contest sponsored by the National Association for Gun Rights. He was one of three finalists in the contest, for which the top prize was a 2023 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck. Since the gun had to be transferred from the NAGR to an authorized dealer, Todd chose Hunter’s Heaven on George Washington Memorial Highway at Hayes.
