Gregory Leon Carmine, 52, of Gloucester, Va., passed away on June 2, 2014.
He was born on Oct. 21, 1961 in Newport News, Va., to Ernest Leon and Martha Carmine. He graduated from Gloucester High School in 1980. After high school, he attended Ohio Institute of Technology and Newport News Apprentice School. He worked at Pressure Systems Incorporated for a number of years.
Greg is survived by his daughter, Cara Carmine; his parents, Bobby and Martha Hudgins; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Robbie (Denise) Hudgins, Gerald (Denise) Hudgins, Cindy Carmine, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Leon Carmine; his son, Jamie Ernest Carmine, and his brother, W.T. Carmine.
Greg’s motto was to live simply, expect little, and give much.
A celebration of his life will be held at Bellamy United Methodist Church from 2-4 p.m. on Friday, June 6, 2014. The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall.
Memorial donations may be made to either the Hospitality Fund or The Boiler Fund of Bellamy United Methodist Church.
