Graves offers full tax preparation services for individuals and businesses, and tax planning services.
Graves is working from the new office and at a tax service in Colonial Heights this year and then plans to work full-time here starting in 2014. She is assisted at both offices by her daughter, Haylee Green of Gloucester Point, who is a receptionist and plans to study to become a tax preparer like her mother.
A certified tax preparer can find deductions for clients, Graves said, and often can save clients money. She said that many clients don’t realize they might qualify for additional deductions if they keep adequate records and receipts.
