Golden touch

Members of the Walter Reed Garden Club gathered daffodils at Ark Park last week for the club’s annual project for Gloucester’s Daffodil Show—“A Golden Touch.” Club members took the blooms to local care facilities where resident volunteers created floral designs to display at the show. The arrangements were made at the Walter Reed Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center, Day Break Adult Center, Gloucester Active Lifestyle Center, Sanders Assisted Living, Gloucester House, Heron Cove One, and Daffodil Gardens.
