“I routinely see these workboats light up at golden hour across my creek,” photographer Linda Tjossem of Glass said. Recently, she went to view the scene from a closer vantage point. In this photo, she is looking east as the sun is sinking and the boats are brightly lit. “It’s a rural and serene little peninsula that remains, for the most part, undisturbed by the masses. I love it,” she said.
