Gloucester’s drug problem topic of NARFE talk

Gloucester Narcotics Investigator Steven Hubbard will discuss the narcotics problems in Gloucester during a meeting of Chapter 1757, National Active and Retired Federal Employees, in Gloucester.
The meeting will be held at 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at Olivia’s in the Village, Main Street, Gloucester. Chapter 1757 members, as well as active and retired federal employees are encouraged to attend.
Hubbard started his career in law enforcement in 2010 as a uniformed patrol officer with the Newport News Police Department. He became a deputy in 2013 for the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office, and a narcotics investigator in 2015.
