The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 p.m. next Wednesday, Nov. 6 in the colonial courthouse. The meeting normally falls on the first Tuesday of the month, but was pushed forward a day because of Election Day.
A public hearing will be held to consider the annual update of the Gloucester County Code Chapter 6 Stormwater Watershed Map.
Six items are on next week’s regular agenda. Items include discussion of the fixed radar program in school zones, a request to modify the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) spending plan, an Aberdeen Creek dredging update, consideration of an ordinance amending Chapter 9 of the Gloucester County Code, discussion of and adoption of the county’s 2025 legislative agenda, as well as board appointments.
There are also scheduled presentations of the Virginia Association of Counties’ 2024 Achievement Award and an Open Broadband update.
