Gloucester School Board appoints two teachers

The Gloucester County School Board appointed two teachers during its Oct. 12 meeting. Diana H. Brock of Gloucester, was appointed as a fourth grade teacher at Abingdon Elementary and Genevieve Stiles of Tappahannock, was appointed as a third grade teacher at Petsworth Elementary.
Also appointed were Julie Edwards of Gloucester, as a teacher assistant at Botetourt Elementary, and Laura Vaughan of Hayes, as a technology assistant at Abingdon.
The board accepted resignations from Gloucester High School assistant principal Helen B. Boland, physical therapist Traci Fairheart, and support services employees Janet Truesdale and Edward Roppolo.
