The Gloucester Rowing Association invites the public to the Gloucester Point Beach on Saturday for its Polar Plunge. The event, a fundraiser for the GRA, will be held from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Anyone can join in the “dip” for a $30 donation. Dippers get a free t-shirt for taking the plunge. Dipping will be at noon.EMS crews and certified divers will be on site to ensure everyone’s safety. All dippers must sign a waiver prior to entering the water.
Additional activities include raffles, music, coffee, hot chocolate, baked goods, chili and hot dogs. For more information, email gloucesterrowingassociation@gmail.com.
