The Gloucester Resource Council will shine the light on Gloucester’s nonprofit organizations with the first-ever Festival of Trees event, which will be held from 5-8 p.m. Friday along Main Street and within the historic court circle.
Over 20 nonprofit organizations, government organizations, and businesses will be participating by decorating trees or wreaths promoting their organizations’ mission and/or services. Local businesses along Main Street will host these trees or wreaths in their storefront windows.
“Join us as we turn Main Street into a holiday wonderland full of joy, kindness, and support for the many nonprofits, businesses, and government organizations that help make our community great,” said Debra Falkenberg, vice chair of the GRC.
