Gloucester Institute to hold Alumni Weekend Aug. 25-27

The Gloucester Institute will hold its Alumni Weekend at historic Holly Knoll in Cappahosic from Friday, Aug. 25 through Sunday, Aug. 27.
Since Charles and Kay Coles James founded the Gloucester Institute, the program has graduated more than 400 students through its elite and proprietary programs (First Saturday Group, Emerging Leaders Program, and Moton Fellowship).
“Our focus has always been to train and develop the next generation of Black leaders and equip them with the skills they need to solve the problems that challenge this nation,” said Kay Coles James. “Nearly 20 years later, we remain committed to that mission and could not be more proud of our graduates. They excel in every sector from business, finance, ministry, education, government, law, public service, and more.”
“This retreat is an opportunity for us to honor our graduates and thank you for applying the skills you learned at TGI to make a difference in the communities you touch,” she said.
