Four Gloucester High School wrestlers won individual championships in their respective weight classes at the 2000 Peninsula District Wrestling Tournament. Taking first place for GHS were, from left, Jack Narron (119 lbs.), Ryan Lenhardt (145 lbs.), Travis Latta (160 lbs.) and Josh Legg (152 lbs.). Five other GHS wrestlers—John Rescott, Gavin Todd, Jared Dellinger, Chris Miclette and Kevin Valcourt—placed second as the Dukes went on to win the district tournament.
