Gloucester High School basketball players Jacob Ford and Autumn Cookson recently received Region 4A and Peninsula District honors. Ford was named first team all-region and first-team all-district and Cookson was named to first team all-region and received second team honors. Other GHS basketball players receiving honorable mentions for the recently concluded season were Brad Bellinger and Jackson Harbaugh with district honorable mentions. For the Lady Dukes, Aaliyah Smith-Boone received region and district honorable mentions, Carter Flippin won a region honorable mention and Hannah Horsley received an honorable mention for the district.
