The Gloucester High School golf team tied for first place with Menchville at a match held at Williamsburg National Golf Club in James City County last Wednesday, Sept. 4.
Winning his first individual title of the season was Menchville junior Thomas Aman with a two-under par 70. Gloucester senior Blake Sibley finished in second place with a one under par 71. Gloucester freshman Levi Vannoy finished in third place by shooting even par 72.
Also included in scoring for the Dukes were junior Joseph Moritz with an 88 and sophomore Fenton Scott with a 92.GHS golf will be back in action today at Woodlands Golf Course in Hampton and Tuesday at Sewells Point Golf Course in Norfolk.
