A “Get Out the Vote!” postcard-writing party, hosted by the Joint Peace and Social Justice Committee of UUFR (Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock) and the Heathsville Quaker Worship Group, will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
The gathering starts at 5 p.m. with a supper. Postcards will be provided, and participants are asked to bring postcard stamps. The group will write personal messages about the importance of voting on Nov. 5.
