Frendessa Anolta Berry, 71, of Gloucester, died on July 21, 2023.

She was a native of Gloucester, and was a member of Smithfield Baptist Church.

Survivors include son, Craig Berry; daughter, Cassandra Berry; brothers, Frissell W. Berry and Roger E. Berry; sister, Maxine Lewis; seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frissell and Frances Berry, and one grandchild.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in The Church of Abraham. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Viewing will be from noon until service time.
