The Bay Rivers Telehealth Alliance has been awarded federal grant funds to create an outpatient and telehealth delivery system infrastructure to provide free resources for individuals seeking help and/or treatment services for mental health and substance use disorders and/or opioid use disorder.
The free services are available to individuals in the Middle Peninsula/Northern Neck who are uninsured or underinsured.
Transportation resources that are part of the patient’s mental health and substance abuse recovery are offered through Bay HART, which is a collaborative effort of Bay Aging, Bay Transit and the Bay Rivers Telehealth Alliance.
