Frank Warren Harlow, 77, of Hayes, passed away on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Frank was a native of Seaford and lifelong Peninsula resident. Frank was a retired barber with over 50 years of service. He was a former member of the Warwick Moose Lodge. He loved the water, working with his tractor on the farm, and enjoyed wood working.
He is survived by his wife, Eileen Harlow, and his children, Amy Harlow Greening (Karl) and William Harlow (Kimberly), and five grandchildren.

A funeral service was held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 28, 2022, in Severn Church, Gloucester. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
