In loving memory of Frank Lunn Boyd, who was born on March 17, 1954, in Bethel, Connecticut, and entered into the joy of his Lord on February 20, 2024, at his home in Gloucester, Virginia. Frank graduated from Rock Bible Institute and dedicated over 40 years to ministry. He pastored local churches across Ohio, Delaware, and Virginia, and served on missions in Bolivia and Fiji. Known for his straightforward preaching, Frank sought to challenge and inspire others to pursue a genuine relationship with God. Parents, Dallas and Margaret Boyd preceded him in death. He is survived by his beloved wife, Susan; cherished children, Aaron Boyd (Jade), Danielle Hiser (Chad), Charis Farinholt (Will); adored grandchildren, Maeve Hiser, Boyd Hiser, James Farinholt, and beloved siblings, Perry Boyd (Nanci) and Christine Salini (Mike). Frank’s memory will forever be treasured by those who knew him, as he now worships his Savior in eternal peace. The family received friends Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 1-1:45 p.m. at the Rock Church of Gloucester, 3515 George Washington Memorial Hwy., Hayes, Va. 23072, followed by a Homegoing Service at 2 o’clock. The interment will be private; services under the direction of Hogg Funeral Home.
