In Onemo at 1751 Bethel Beach Road, you find Foster’s Bethel Beach Inn, to be greeted by your hosts, David Foster and his wife Carol Manglos-Foster.
This remodeled farmhouse dates from the 19th century. Operating as a bread and breakfast, this Mathews County inn is a home away from home for those who book reservations. The private suite (The Pineapple Room) has its own entrance and a private deck. With all of the other wonderful amenities the inn has to offer, perhaps the delicious breakfast that starts the day is the culinary treat that guests will remember for some time.
David is the coffee maker and meat cooker. Carol does the special dishes and added, “I love to cook. We use only organic ingredients and grow some of our fruits and herbs. We have a menu with a variety of choices prepared in the morning. However, if any of our guests have an allergy or there are certain foods they can or cannot have, we adjust our breakfasts to their needs.”
