CA & J Farm in Foster will hold its “Farmily Day” event on Saturday, June 29, from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Participants will get the opportunity to learn how to build their own grow house (information sheets will be provided). The program begins with a guided tour of the farm, which is located at 5620 East River Road, Mathews, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a picnic lunch (those attending are invited to bring a simple lunch; tables will be made available).
The Yellow Barn Store and Herbal Center will be open from 1-5 p.m. Children’s games will be held from 1-5 p.m. and a drum circle will be held at 3.
