Cain Dowling and his dad, David Dowling of South Carolina, along with Dylan South (seated) of Georgia, spent the late afternoon on Tuesday fishing at Williams Wharf in Mathews. They were part of a group of 11 family members who chose to vacation in Mathews this year. They said they usually vacation in Florida or Tennessee.
