The Bay School’s all-pottery show, Fired Up, opens on Saturday with a variety of unusual pieces, including “Thousand Hour Pot” by Karen Podd.
An opening reception for Fired Up, an all-pottery show, will be held from 4-6 p.m. Saturday at the Bay School Community Arts Center, 279 Main Street, Mathews.
With work from 10 distinctly different potters, Fired Up has entries that range from functional to decorative, but that are all unusual and one-of-a-kind, said a press release.
“Fired Up is a fantastic opportunity to find unique gifts for the holiday season,” added the release.The show will run through Dec. 31.
