The Irvington Crab Festival will return in 2021, and will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 18, under the big top on the Irvington Town Commons.
The festival is the Steamboat Era Museum’s largest fundraising event of the year. The $50 ticket includes crabs, barbecue, hot dogs and soft drinks. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Admission for children 5-12 is $15. Children under 5 are free. Adult tickets will be $60 after Aug. 15.
A raffle for items and gift certificates will be held at the festival. Raffle tickets will be sold at the event and you must be present to win. Time Passages Mobile DJ, Jay Dawn from Williamsburg, will provide the musical entertainment.
Tickets are non-refundable and will not be sold at the door. Only 400 tickets will be available. The event will be held rain or shine.
Tickets may be purchased online at SteamboatEraMuseum.org, by phone (804-438-6888) during museum hours or at the museum (Wednesday-Monday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday 1-4 p.m.).
