Farmer’s Septic Service in Moon is one of nine businesses in Eastern Virginia and Eastern North Carolina to receive a Community Care Award recently from the Better Business Bureau of Greater Hampton Roads.
The award represents “companies who have achieved a level of success in their business and also give back to the communities who helped their businesses grow, said a press release from BBB Director of Accreditation Services Elizabeth Carter.
Carter explained further that the bureau has no relationship with the businesses in its database in order to be impartial when judging the applications submitted for awards and that all applications were investigated to make sure the businesses qualified for the awards.
All other awards went to businesses in South Hampton Roads and Northeast North Carolina.
