The Neptune Festival’s 26th annual Fall Wine Festival will be held from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sundy at Neptune’s 31st Park on the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Wine aficionados will enjoy live entertainment, food truck offerings and the opportunity to taste over 60 wines offered by Virginia’s leading vintners and winemakers.
