GUINEA JUBILEE: The annual Guinea Jubilee will begin at 3 p.m. Friday at the Abingdon Ruritan Club, 8784 Guinea Road, Hayes. Right Turn Clyde Band will perform at 7 p.m. It is free of charge.

GUINEA JUBILEE: The annual Guinea Jubilee will be held from 7 a.m.–9:15 p.m. Saturday at the Abingdon Ruritan Club. The Fireman’s Parade will be at noon, watermen’s contests at 2 p.m., and entertainment all evening, including Lana Puckett & Kim Persons at 1 p.m., Ron Fetner at 3 p.m., Amelia Hogge at 5 p.m., and CRAZY X at 6 p.m.
